The program

Integrity Health Coverage sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us about their health coverage. Messages can include appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling options, replies to your questions, updates about your quote, application, or existing coverage, and a brief acknowledgement if you call us and we are unable to answer.

How you opt in

• On our website — by checking the unchecked consent box on a form at integrityhealthcoverage.com. The box is optional, and consent is never a condition of getting quotes or coverage.
• By asking us — by telling one of our licensed agents, on a call or in person, that you would like us to text you.

If you call our office and we are unable to answer, we may send you a single text acknowledging your call so you know we saw it and will call you back. That acknowledgement contains no advertising, and it does not enroll you in any recurring messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the quoting, enrollment, or service process. We do not send high-volume or recurring marketing blasts.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and nothing further. You can also opt out by telling us directly by phone or email, in any words — we will honor it either way.

Your privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we handle everything else you share with us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. mobile networks.

Changes to these terms

If we change how the texting program works, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
