Who we are

Integrity Health Coverage is an independent health insurance brokerage owned by Seth McLaughlin (National Producer Number 19930142) and Jacob Meadors. We help individuals, families, and small businesses compare and enroll in health coverage. When you work with us, you share information with us so we can do that job. This page explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.

Information we collect

We only ask for what an application or a quote actually requires. Depending on what you are applying for, that can include:

• Identifying information — name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and Social Security number.
• Household and financial information — household size, dependents, employer, occupation, and estimated income, which determine subsidy eligibility.
• Health information — height, weight, tobacco use, medications, providers, and medical history, where a carrier requires it to underwrite a policy.
• Payment information— bank or card details, which are entered directly into the carrier's or enrollment platform's secure system.
• Website information — basic technical data your browser sends, and anything you type into a form on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to quote plans, submit applications, service the policies you already have, answer questions from you or your carrier, and meet the recordkeeping rules that apply to licensed agents. We do not use your information to make decisions about you outside of that work.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties involved in getting or keeping you covered:

• Insurance carriers and their underwriters, to quote and issue your policy.
• Enrollment platforms and agencies we contract through, which process applications on the carriers' behalf.
• Federal or state marketplaces, when you are applying for Marketplace coverage or a subsidy.
• Regulators and law enforcement, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Health information

Health information you give us is treated as confidential and is used only to place or service your coverage. We share it with a carrier or its underwriter when an application requires it, and not for any other purpose.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote, application, or existing coverage. If you call us and we are unable to answer, we may send you a single text acknowledging your call. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, get help by replying HELP, or tell us directly and we will take you off the list. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The full terms of our texting program are at SMS Terms & Conditions.

How we protect it

We limit who can see your information to the licensed agents working on your case, keep it on password-protected systems, and enter sensitive items such as Social Security and payment numbers directly into carrier and enrollment platforms rather than storing them loose. No system is perfect, but we treat your file the way we would want ours treated.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to service your coverage and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents. Highly sensitive items such as Social Security and payment numbers are entered directly into carrier and enrollment systems rather than kept in our own files. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just call, text, or email — there is no form to fill out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor those.

Children

This website is not directed to children. We do collect information about minor children when a parent or guardian is enrolling them in coverage, and that information is used only for that enrollment.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
